Client: The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum

Building: A new museum campus with a new museum building approximately 50,000 square feet and the rehabilitation of an existing building into a new Museum Education Center.

Proposal: The development of the new campus will expand the museum’s exhibition spaces, as well as create a new Museum Education Center in an existing commercial building, adjacent to the current Research Center.  The development will be located in the historic plaza area of Santa Fe, NM.

Contract Commencement: Q4 2019

Project Completion: Q1 2024
