Our Mission

Proyecto combines the principles of community development, smart growth, green building, exemplary design, and urbanism.  We are committed to demonstrating that great projects guided by these principals can be both cost and time efficient, decrease development risk, reach financial objectives, and achieve the clients’ visions and goals.  We do this by working in close collaboration with our clients and communities through an engaging and dynamic planning and development process.

We work with clients in predevelopment planning and programming phases to create a vision and set of goals, define the development process and governance structure, and conduct preliminary analysis to determine a project’s feasibility, viability, and desirability.

Project Management & Owner’s Representation

We serve our clients as project managers and owner’s representatives in all phases of development until project completion.  We create strong teams that dedicate their professional expertise as stewards of the client’s vision and goals to bring projects to fruition.
