Daniel and his team, in close collaboration with the President of the previous Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, now the NYU School of Engineering, created a complete transition plan for the finance, design, and activation of a world-class engineering school in NYC.

Irish Arts Center (Jonathan Rose Companies)
Daniel and his staff led the Irish Arts Center through a strategic planning process to develop a new arts and culture facility in the Clinton neighborhood of Manhattan.
