Role: Program Manager for the redevelopment of the site.

Client: City of Santa Fe

Site: 64-acres in Midtown

Proposal: The site is located at the center of the city, and was previously used as a university campus.  The city envisions a mixed-use district anchored by higher education, technology, film, arts, as well as civic facilities and programmed open space.

Contract Commencement: Q1 2019
